"Jim and his team provide excellent customer service. When my truck was broken into (two windows broken) during a long road trip, it wasn't quite worth filing a claim but we needed repairs and were not able to find a service provider with parts in stock. That is where the great customer service comes in. Jim's team very quickly helped us locate a glass service in our area (while we were still traveling!) that could do a quick replacement same day. It was clear they care about their customers and are fast, efficient and creative in finding solutions. The best agent and team anywhere! Thanks Jim and team!"

"We have always been a very low maintenance family when it comes to insurance....we pay for great coverage "just in case." The past 6 months I have made more phone calls for our auto insurance than at anytime in the past. Between a teen driver who totaled a car, two windshield replacements and the purchase of multiple vehicles, Jim Minifies office has been fantastic. Excellent customer service and immediate action on our needs. We highly recommend."

"I have had insurance with Jim's office for about 4 years now and Heidi has been the absolute best! She has been there for every question, silly or major. She has been attentive, patient, genuinely kind and follows up in prompt and efficient fashion. I could not be more pleased with the experience I've had with StateFarm as a whole but more specifically Jim & his staff. I had a claim about a month after I started the policy and it was handled professionally and with grace and wasn't held against me more than I deserved and is legally required. Switching from Geico to these guys was the best decision, you cannot go wrong here!! EDIT: It has not been 6 years that I have been with Jim's office and I still can't say enough nice things about them. If you need a friend in the insurance world, you need to get yourself a Heidi. You will NOT regret working with her!!"
